All orders are processed within 2 business days of order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Cut off for next day delivery is 2pm.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. Should you have any questions regarding the whereabouts of your order, please get in touch.

All domestic orders are fulfilled by The Royal Mail. Overseas orders over 2KG may be fulfilled by either The Royal Mail or UPS.
