Today’s supplier is one of those who are doing their bit in the sustainability fight! For our supplier spotlight this week, we’re looking at Earth Squared!

Alison and Simon Henderson run Earth Squared, along with their small team consisting of Nicole, Caroline and Rosy. After Alison returned from two years’ volunteering in social projects in Guatemala, passionate about social justice and with a head for business, she wanted to start a fair trade business with an emphasis very much on design and quality.

Alison researched potential suppliers until she found a company in Vietnam, which shared her vision. This company provides Earth Squared with ethical materials that are used to make the stunning Earth Squared handbags and accessories. As a result Earth Squared is able to combine contemporary designs with their fantastic craftsmanship while also building an ethical, fair trade business.

Based in North Berwick, Earth Squared has been producing their designs for 19 years. From here, they supply all over the U.K. with an ever-expanding customer base around the world!
