Celtic Art Tay Black Mahogany Sterling Silver Scottish Thistle Design Sgian Dubh

This is a beautifully handmade traditional fine Sgian Dubh.

The sterling sterling silver mounts feature an interlace stylised Celtic thistle, and are struck with the prestigious Edinburgh Assay Office Hallmark.

This Sgian Dubh's elegant wooden handle, which has been hand carved from Mahogany, holds the polished stainless steel blade (blade is approx. 87mm in length).

We hand make the Sgian Dubh scabbard from wood and bind in soft black leather.

The scabbard is then completed with the stylised celtic thistle design sterling silver mounts.

The scabbard grips the polished stainless steel blade with an elegantly reassuring grip.

Total length is approx. 18cm (7 ") long.

This beautiful Sgian Dubh is supplied in a quality Celtic Art presentation box and is the perfect finishing touch to your highland dress outfit, and will suitably become an heirloom to treasure.
